After 20 very fortunate years in the investment industry, Hartej has decided to shine more light on what really drives decision-making. Hartej is not an academic and is using this platform to publicly share and open to challenge his findings. He is also seeking to engage with those who find this topic as fascinating and practically relevant. There is only one aim and that is to enhance the dialogue around long-term decision-making which would allow individuals and societies to better shape their futures.
